Shipping & Returns

Shipping Info

All our prints are made to order and carefully packaged by us in our small studio in the Leicestershire, UK and are sent via Royal Mail 48. Current shipping times are 1-2 days, once the order has been processed. 

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing (excluding weekends). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has dispatched.

The shipping cost of unframed print orders is £2.99, or free on orders £20+

Returns

Please contact us to arrange returns no later than 7 calendar days after receiving your products. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part of your order.

Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us with the following information ASAP:

- Email address provided at purchase 
- Order number 
- Customer name 
- Item name
- Attach a photo

We do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on any of our personalised prints.
