Refund Policy

At Paper and Kenning, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Non-personalised prints may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their unique nature, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage at chloe@paperandkenning.com. We’ll happily replace or refund your order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
